Penelope has this Love/Hate relationship with clocks. She is very much afraid of them but always wants to see them. She points them out wherever we go. Recently she's been having nightmares about clocks and won't go back to sleep. It's so sad. I can't stand seeing her scared. This all started with a Christmas clock we had out during the holidays. It played a Christmas Carol at the hour. At first Penelope was terrified of it, but later all she wanted to do is play with it. Sometimes she was afraid of it and sometimes not. She played with it until it broke. Ever since then she's had this love/hate thing about clocks. I just hope the afraid thing gets better.
