Slave Labor? Is that why we have kids?

Max has turned into quite an enthusiastic little helper lately. If you read my post below about Discipline you'll understand where much of his motivation comes from. Regardless of the motivation, it is adorable to see max excited about doing little jobs to help out around the house. He especially loves to help with the laundry. He is actually showing promise in that he actually helps put his toys away after playing with them. We have been making an effort to ask Max to help out with chores lately. He may not always do a very good job, but he tries his best and is so proud of himself when he does something. We are a little proud of him too.
